Development

Paolino Properties enjoys successful partnerships with a number of large developers to expand its institutional, retail and residential real estate investments.

In conjunction with First Hartford Realty, Paolino Properties developed the former Narragansett Brewery site, a 77 acre parcel that had been abandoned and left to deteriorate as a neighborhood eyesore. In its place now stands the Cranston Parkade, a busy retail center serving urban residents in Providence and Cranston, with anchors such as Kmart, Lowes and Super Stop & Shop.

Other key partnerships include those with Llyod Sugarman, one of the two founders of Johnny Rockets restaurants, in the expansion of that franchise; with Peter J. DeSavary, British entrepreneur, on the Vanderbilt Residences at Brown & Howard Wharf in Newport, RI; with the Procaccianti Group on the Lighthouse Inn Hotel in Galilee, RI and various downtown Providence projects; with Wynn Development on upscale condominium project The 903 and with Sam and Seth Shapiro on the Roger Williams University building in downtown Providence.
