Founded in 1900, Paolino Properties is one of the oldest, family-owned and operated real estate company in Rhode Island. The company has its roots in downtown Providence, but over the years has expanded to include office, industrial, retail and residential properties throughout the state and beyond.
We’re a full service real estate firm offering commercial and residential sales and leasing, development and property management. Our staff of 25 oversees more than 1 Million SF of commercial office property, multiple parking facilities, multi-family dwelling units, 1 Million SF of retail space in Cranston, Barrington, East Providence and on Plainfield Pike , 52 waterfront timeshares, hotels, industrial parks, residential subdivisions, The Vanderbilt Residences at Brown & Howard Wharf and a marina.
