Paolino Properties is a family-owned and operated real estate investment business going back four generations. As it has been throughout its history, the leadership of the company and its 25 member team is currently shared by father and son.
Joe Paolino, Sr.
Joseph R. Paolino started working with his father and grandfather in the family business in 1946. With his extensive background in property management, real estate management and economic development he serves as a managing partner in Paolino Properties.
Joe Paolino, Jr.
Joseph R. Paolino, Jr. serves as a managing partner with a primary focus on development and acquisitions for Paolino Properties. As former Mayor of Providence, RI, former Ambassador to Malta, and former Director of the RI Department of Economic Development, Joe, Jr. brings an unparalleled depth and breadth of experience to the company. During the time he was Mayor, Joe, Jr. helped to change the skyline of Providence by encouraging the development of large scale projects such as the Providence Place Mall, the Providence Convention Center and the river re-location project in Providence
Arthur Lima
Arthur Lima serves as the company’s Property Manager and Project Manager. He joined Paolino Properties in 1990 and is a licensed real estate agent. With over 25 years of management experience he not only oversees the day to day operations of the company’s many properties, but also handles complex renovations and other property conversions to suit clients’ need.
