Founded in 1900, Paolino Properties is one of the oldest, family-owned and operated real estate company in Rhode Island. The company has its roots in downtown Providence, but over the years has expanded to include office, industrial, retail and residential properties throughout the state and beyond.

Our Team
Paolino Properties is a family-owned and operated real estate investment business going back four generations. As it has been throughout its history, the leadership of the company and its 25 member team is currently shared by father and son.
